Terms of Service

Allure AI is a studio for AI influencers. You create fictional characters and get photos and videos of them, planned and made by the Director, an AI assistant you talk to on the site or in Telegram. Generated content is produced by third-party AI models and can be imperfect or unexpected; review it before you publish it.

We may change, add or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and everything done with it.

• Characters who are, or look like, anyone under 18. Every character must be clearly an adult.
• Real people or their recognizable likeness, unless you are that person or have their written consent.
• Sexually explicit content or nudity.
• Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, or that deceives people into thinking an AI character is a real person in order to defraud them.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

Mark generated content as AI-generated wherever the platform you publish it on asks you to. We may refuse requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Service works on a prepaid balance. New accounts receive a small free balance. You top up by card and every generation is charged from the balance at the price shown before it starts; the Director asks for your approval before larger spending.

Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically. The balance does not expire. Top-ups are not refundable once used for generations; unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up, and in any case where the law requires it.

You own the photos and videos you create, to the extent the law allows, and you may use them commercially. You give us the limited rights we need to store and process them to run the Service. You are responsible for what you publish.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; unused paid balance is refunded unless the account was closed for abuse.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell you on the site or by email before the change applies.
